Project Vision:
Create a distinguished high tech centre to be the nucleus of clean industries in Egypt.
Concept Statement:
Generate A Unique building influenced by beinary numbers system (10010) which is represented in sharp contrast between just two digits (1&0) Using Subtraction and Repeatition in Parametric Composition to reflect the impact of technology on Architecture.
Enviromental Aspects:
1-THE BUILDING COMPOSITION DIRECTED TO THE NORTH DIRECTION.
2-USING SKIN FACADE TO MAXIMIZE SHADING IN SOME SPACES AND CONTROL THAT ASPECT.
3-SKIN OPENINGS IN NORTH DIRECTION WITH SUBTRACTION IN TOWER TO CREATE SOCCIAL INTERACTIVE SPACES.
